The Celebration Singers Choir, directed by Stephanie Hickman, regularly provides  music leadership for the 9:31 a.m. contemporary worship service.

Do you love to sing, but you're afraid you don't know enough about singing to join the Celebration Singers choir?  Nonsense!  With Stephanie's gentle leadership, you, too, can learn to harmonize and 'not sing beyond the beauty of your voice'!

 

Stephanie Hickman is an accomplished singer, songwriter and musician, and she has years of experience directing bands and choirs. Stephanie is dedicated to excellence and sharing her knowledge to enable others to share their joy of music. More importantly, Stephanie has the patience of a saint and a spirit of encouragement. 

 

The Celebration Singers choir practices 3 Mondays a month and provides music leadership with the Celebration Team in the contemporary worship service at least once a month (usually twice).  Stephanie ensures variety of musical selections, drawing from old gospel hymns, contemporary Christian tunes and original compositions.

 

The CS Choir is also featured in the Christmas program each year:

Practice is on Monday evenings at 6:30 p.m., in rooms 20 & 21 (Choir Room) in the  Annex building.
