We were created for relationships!
If you long to experience genuine, life-on-life relationships, you will find exactly that when you become part of a home group. These groups meet on a regular basis in members' homes.

Life was never meant to be lived alone. We were created for relationships, both with God and with other people.
In Acts 2 the Bible tells us that the believers in the early church made a habit of being in each other's homes for meals and fellowship. In our fast-paced society, this doesn't happen naturally like it did back then. Sadly, we live in a culture of individualism which has produced crowds full of lonely people. Home groups are simply an "intentional" way to give our families a chance to grow together outside the four walls of our church building.
Home groups are all about making friends, cultivating lasting relationships and "doing life" together! It's about having fun, enjoying fellowship and growing in faith. Home groups give people a place to belong and connect with others in ways that are just not possible during our Sunday morning gatherings.
Our home groups meet on a regular basis for a time of relaxed fellowship and an informal time of discussion around God's Word. There is no better way to get plugged in and connect with other people at CCCC in a more personal, comfortable setting than to participate in a home group. We invite you to join in!

Tables of Eight Session Starts January, 2006:

In 2003, the Membership Involvement Committee launched a program called "Tables of Eight" in an effort to provide members of our church family a vehicle to get to know each other in a casual setting. This program is a great opportunity for the adults of Cypress Creek Christian Church to get together and share in fun, food, and fellowship.
The new round of "Tables" will start up in January and run through May, 2006. During the course of this period, you will get together once a month - with members of your group typically comprised to include both married couples and single people, for dinner and fellowship. Members of each group rotate hosting the dinner so that you will not have to host more than once during the rotation. The host will provide the main entree and beverage with the other members providing side dishes, salad, rolls, and dessert (all coordinated with the specified host). When it is your turn to host, it will be your responsibility to contact the other members, arrange the menu and coordinate the "potluck." It is highly recommended that you set your dates for the entire rotation at your first dinner. Our primary goal is to foster fellowship and build lasting friendships. Your ability to seat 6-8 people around a single table is not a prerequisite. If you cannot commit to being a host, but would still like to participate, there is always a need for substitutes.
If you are interested in participating in this next session, either print and complete the
Tables of Eight Interest Form and place it into the collection plate or copy and paste the following information into an email to
