"Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age."
Matthew 28:18-20
A vital ministry of the church today is to help children, youth, and adults hear and respond to the gospel message, to accept Jesus as the Christ, to be baptized, and to become part of the faith community.
At Cypress Creek Christian Church, we have a mentoring program called "Prepare the Way", which pairs adults with young people to equip them for baptism and church membership. It is a six-week program that explores the "five fingers" of salvation (as developed by Walter Scott, one of the first Disciples leaders): faith, repentance, baptism, forgiveness, Holy Spirit.
If you are interested in participating in this program, please call the Church Office or talk to Miss Tammy.
