Jesus recognized the value of childhood. He did not see children for who they could be, but rather, He celebrated the wonderful state of being a child.
At Cypress Creek Christian Church, we value and love each child as one of God's special creations. We believe that the early years of life are critical spiritual development. 1st-5th grade children are beginning to make new and important decisions that will affect their lives forever. We desire for each child to choose the road of the Cross and begin to walk with Jesus through the rest of life.

Children's Moment with Miss Tammy
A favorite part of our Sunday morning services is Miss Tammy's Children's Moment. In both the 9:31 and 11:00 services each Sunday, Miss Tammy (Rev. Tammy Moore) gathers all the children at the front of the sanctuary and shares with them a Bible-based story, in terms they'll understand.
After closing with a prayer, all the kids are invited to follow Miss Tammy to Children's Church and Sunday School.
CD compilations of Miss Tammy's Children's Moments are available for purchase ($3 each, to cover costs) at a table in the Narthex every Sunday morning. |

Children's Choir
The Children's Choir meets Wednesday evenings from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. for rehearsal -- a fun-filled hour of singing, games and learning to be full partners in worship. Please call the Church Office for more information.
The children learn special music and the great hymns of the church and sing once a month during the traditional worship services and are special guests in the contemporary worship service at least once a quarter.
